So far a great place to seek a residence from.
Not at all attentive to the needs of the tenants, they do not work hard enough to ensure the tenants live safely and are slow to respond to needs. Complaints go unheard, they do not properly screen people before allowing them to move in and do not show genuine concern. These people have an excuse for everything and are best classified as slum lords. They do not deserve your hard earned money until they can master their role as property managers. I had problems with mice and rodents on Ryan street, the water is cold, you pay $650 rent and the utilities are not included, and that’s almost and extra $300, it’s very small and not worth $900 a month. It takes maintenance a week to fix anything you have problems with. People do not live here long for a reason, I wouldn’t dare renew my lease! keep looking.
