I do not recommend this property based on my experience. From the beginning, the process felt unprofessional and disorganized. Communication was inconsistent, and basic questions were either not clearly answered or handled in a dismissive way. When I was finally able to see the unit, the condition of the apartment did not match expectations and raised serious concerns about upkeep and management standards. Watch your rent money, keep resists. Don't expect to get any money back from the office people they will lie about about all of it.
They tried to sue us for a vacant apartment for Seprember of 2023 to February of 2024 knowing we moved out in September of 2023. Haven't been at Rowan Pointe since then, we don't even live in Davie County anymore, and they are also trying to charge us $9,338 of back rent for this year, knowing we moved out last September of 2023. YOU GUYS NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN AND SUED ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR GREEDINESS
