Rowan park is an amazing complex to live at. It’s a quiet area and feels very safe. Lily has been great to work with and has went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free as possible. I moved in two months ago and have not been impressed. Management has changed. Jalisa is not here anymore. Recently, an alarm sounded in my building for the better part of a whole week. It was 90-95 db, high pitch fire alarm. When asked about it, they told me there's an easy off switch. Why they subjected their tenants to the sound all week instead using the off switch is beyond me. It's clear they don't care more than they're getting paid to.
I was sent video evidence of a 92dB alarm going off at 4:00 AM at this property. Absolutely earsplitting! Seeing how management has handled this situation—refusing to provide a rent credit for an uninhabitable week—is a huge red flag. It’s disappointing to see a Rowan Park treat its residents this way during an infrastructure failure they failed to address.
The new property manager is great!! She always puts a smile on anyone’s face. She has a great personality and is a good people person. Love it.
