These jerks have ghosted me for months. They said they wanted my medical records. My PCP faxes them my records. Twice. That was 5 months ago. They don't want me in their club because they think I want to OD on pain meds or something. I've been dealing with fibromyalgia for 5 years. I tried everything else. Pain meds are my last chance. I was a patient for approx 10 months starting approx May of 2025. My treatment was for pain management....and injections in my knees and shoulders . End of Jan 2026 recieved a phone call "you have an upcoming appointment in 10 days but we no longer accept your insurance . Its $475 cash if you want to keep the appointment. We stopped accepting your insurance back in Sept. 2025. " Wow u are telling me now? Great bedside manners, listens attentively. Has greatly helped my neck and shoulder pain
No matter what provider I see, all approach the visit with open ears and patience. They listen and care for the outcome in my overall functionality and health, remembering I am a person and not just a patient. Its very obvious that they value education, because they stay on top of any new developments to aid in my care. There is no status quo, this team always aims to improve your quality of care at each visit (even after years - thanks, Dr. Janora!). I wholeheartedly recommend Rowan-Virtua NMI to anyone. :)
