I saw Dr. Jermyn for over 20 years. He was fantastic. In August I was checking out and told they would call me with my next appointment date because he was only going to be coming in once a month and was keeping a handful of patients.(I was supposed to be in that handful) Nobody ever called so a month later I called and was told he’s no longer my doctor. I’m writing this review because it’s the worst care a patient could get. I made an appointment and when I got there I was informed I didn’t have an appointment. They wanted me to come back the next day. I told them I just made a 45min drive to get there. I asked if I could be seen now. I was told in a very rude manner how that wasn’t going to happen and they weren’t going to fill my prescriptions. If you're thinking about coming here, run away fast! One can never get past the rude, ignorant, uneducated front-desk staff. They make decisions only the doctors should be making. Every phone call is an argument! They either forget to call your medication in, or send it in wrongly! The doctors are nice enough, but they are afraid to prescribe adequate pain medication, which confused me as they are pain management specialists.
