The providers and staff are highly professional and have excellent clinical skills and knowledge. I have been seen for a variety of Musculoskeletal issues and will continue to place my medical care with this team of doctors.
No matter what provider I see, all approach the visit with open ears and patience. They listen and care for the outcome in my overall functionality and health, remembering I am a person and not just a patient. Its very obvious that they value education, because they stay on top of any new developments to aid in my care. There is no status quo, this team always aims to improve your quality of care at each visit (even after years!). I wholeheartedly recommend Rowan-Virtua NMI to anyone. :)
I saw Dr. Jermyn for over 20 years. He was fantastic. In August I was checking out and told they would call me with my next appointment date because he was only going to be coming in once a month and was keeping a handful of patients.(I was supposed to be in that handful) Nobody ever called so a month later I called and was told he’s no longer my doctor.
