Best experience one could have with a OB. Dr Riccardo was absolutely wonderful and a absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only was he wonderful, but the entire nursing staff was as well. It was nothing but a positive experience from day one, month one, all the way until our baby girl was born. I would recommend Dr. Riccardo to everyone, if he was able to have that amount of patients. Nothing but 5.0 across the board from us!
Patient portal is horrible. Won’t even allow me to request an appointment, report my issue with the portal, etc. I’ve been treated for years for high blood pressure. I think the cause of it is dealing with these offices.
3☆ for all of Rowan Medicine except for Stratford Peds which gets 5☆. The doctors are amazing but the offices are obnoxiously slow.. be prepared to be told to arrive 15 minutes before all appointments and wait a minimum of 30-50 minutes after your appointment time to even be seen. Once you check in, the front forgets you're there and no one let's you know of the physicians are running behind which is the biggest offense to me..like let me know!

Worst secretarial staff. Most of them look like they couldn't be bothered to do anything but stare off with vacant expressions. They NEVER! answer the phones EVER! My husband and I have sat on hold for over 30 minutes to make an appointment and it never happened. Also, when I was at the desk for an appointment, they just sit there while people are on hold.
