The phone receptionist is the absolute worst. Being nice is free and if you are customer service it is your job. Hopefully, the clinic can either fix this issue or she can fix her lack of professionalism.
I have been seeing Tracy Hildebran for the past several years since my doctor retired. I really felt like I needed to do this review because I truly admire Tracy. She is definitely one of those people who chose her career because it was her “calling” and her passion.
