I really like my doctor (he’s five stars) but their phone system is the absolute worst. There is no option to get a message to your doctor or his nurse or to talk to a human about relaying a message. The only option is to message them on Healow and then you’re lucky if you hear back same day. Very frustrating.
I took my mom to see Amy Collins on the 9th of July she sat in the waiting room for almost an hour never got called back to see the doctor. She got tired of weighing and left she said its always like this up there . She's gonna look for another docile would not recommend anybody go to this office EVER. I took my wife to see the same doctor on the 10th same thing sat in the office for 45 minutes finally got back to see the doctor it took two hours to get something done she finally had enough and left.
