“The Flespace Clinic is very poor in terms of professional conduct, work practices, and patient care, and its staff treat patients and clients disrespectfully.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with Dr. Rowan Baird. I had an appointment and waited for one and a half hours, only to be told afterward that the doctor could not see me today. This was very frustrating and felt like a complete waste of my time. Do not waste your time with this doctor
Worst doctor ever! Rude and unprofessional. I wish she have her licence removed for the wellbeing of the people out there! Avoid her at all cost!
How this person claims to be a phd or a health care provider, whatsoever is beyond me. Only could schedule a telehealth appt despite my concerns. Kept cutting me off, just reverting back to the only symptoms that I was able to select for this BS healthcare deal that I was scheduling for in the 1st place. “Oh yeah- talk to this other doctor and that doctor… can’t help ya”. Dr. Rowan Baird, has no business being a doctor! This woman is heartless and very dismissive of my symptoms. She needs to retire because she ‘s awful as a doctor. I am looking for another primary doctor since this woman does not take my terrible back pain seriously. The medication prescribe by her was inadequate and I ended up in the ER due to terrible back pain and barely being to move and walk! She does not want to refer me to a specialist or to do a CT scan!
