The staff at Rowan Animal Clinic have always been very caring and have always offered the best care for my animals. I highly recommend them. Dr. Lowe will be honest and will not steer you wrong. He respects you as a caregiver and will not take advantage of you. If you have to make the "tough decision "...he will not judge you or try to convince you to "try something" if he doesn't feel it is in your pet's best interest. Staff truly care for the patents and are very informative with options when an emergency arises. You never want to put a beloved pet to sleep...if that is the better option staff are compassionate with giving that information. It's hard choosing to spend a lot of cash you really do not have for "maybe". I don't know yet if my "friend/baby...15 years old" is going to recover with kidney failure. I absolutely love Rowan Animal Clinic and so do all of my furry children. I have been a client there for about 6 years and between the staff and the doctors, they have treated myself and my animals with the upmost respect and care. You are greeted with that southern hospitality when you come in, and most of the time you're greeted by name. The clinic in always clean and the exam rooms are spotless as well.
