This company rented us a property that was disgusting. nasty grease marks on the walls from years of people touching it and never cleaning. Holes in the walls that were patched with wallpaper. Dirty crunchy carpets. He agreed to terminate our lease once a new tenant signed to take over. Then stated we were still responsible for rent until they physically moved in. They don't stick to written contracts and try to take your money. Beware of this management company.
