Very sad that 0 stars is not an option. The staff who answer the phone are very nice and try to help but the management and supervisors are effete and quite honestly useless, and nonresponsive to patient concerns. Billing does not address CLEAR ISSUES, the office is extremely quick to take money, very slow to give it back when there is an error, due to their hasty, sloppy collection efforts. This place is just a disappointment. How they are ongoing to help people if even the process to make an appointment so hard? After answering hundreds questions my daughter's phone got frozen and she was not able to enter all info, and they refused her in appointment becaus of that. It is shame to make your own business so miserable.
Paige is such breathe of fresh air it’s a great thing to see a smile when you walk thru the door you guys need to keep her and give her a raise
Worst place I’ve ever experienced in my entire existence made me wait a month saying I will get my medication then just to say we can’t prescribe your medication. Supposed to help you but make things worse than they were!!! Funny because I read the review first thinking ohh maybe they will do me right and help I should’ve listened to the reviews this place is trash, trash I’m so mad the next word that would come out of my mouth ima just leave out the comment
(First appointment with Dr. Okeke): I'm satisfied with my visit. He listened well and seemed interested. He took the time to explain what was necessary for me to understand about medications and treatment. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Don't let the other reviews spook you, necessarily.
