I am a helper to my daughter. Her daughter has adhd. We were with another place for a few years, they were no help at all. Row has full comprehensive help for the whole family. For the first time, I am seeing progress. Thank you Row

The practice would be great but unfortunately you have to deal with the office manager frequently who is condescending and unprofessional, definitely not what you would expect when you call a mental health practice! The clinicians and psychiatrist are great.

Staff is rude and will change appointments on you without telling you (and apparently staff at times). It is disorganized and poorly run. They won't provide any necessary paperwork in a timely manner. They wait until the last minute to submit things to insurance resulting in interrupted services. Overall, very unprofessional.

My child has been with the practice for about a year now, and unfortunately there just isn't anything nice I can say about them. For starters, I'm not sure why they even have a receptionist, as she does absolutely nothing. It's literally impossible to reach her by phone. When you call there's a voice prompt that doesn't give you any options, just says that calls will be answered in the order they're received and then hangs up on you, every single time. Steer clear, they will bill you for no reason many months after you stop going.
