Staff is rude and will change appointments on you without telling you (and apparently staff at times). It is disorganized and poorly run. They won't provide any necessary paperwork in a timely manner. They wait until the last minute to submit things to insurance resulting in interrupted services. Overall, very unprofessional.

My child has been with the practice for about a year now, and unfortunately there just isn't anything nice I can say about them. For starters, I'm not sure why they even have a receptionist, as she does absolutely nothing. It's literally impossible to reach her by phone. When you call there's a voice prompt that doesn't give you any options, just says that calls will be answered in the order they're received and then hangs up on you, every single time. I just started my treatment with row psychiatric services recently. I was affected by the way on of the receptionists (i unfortunately did not get her name) talked to me on the phone regarding a situation. I will say that when I get anxious about something I do tend to unknowingly interrupt people who are speaking to me which I am trying to work on.
