By far my favorite place to row. Row House makes it fun and they make it seem easy! It’s a great full body work out. *high intensity and low impact* I feel refreshed after a class with them. The music and colors are an awesome addition to this type of work out! I love the outdoor option during covid conscious times so fun! All in all a great place to be.
I just LOVE this clean, friendly location. So glad I stopped in to see what it was all about. I saw them outside one day for a class and it just looked so fun. I joined and have had a blast. It’s an incredible workout.
Ever since I took my first class with Coach Melissa, I've been hooked! I rowed crew in college, and I love rowing. The community at Row House Solana Beach is welcoming and hardworking, so I highly recommend this studio!
Wonderful place to get an awesome Workout! The staff is amazing! Coach Dave and Melissa rock! Before row house I really didn’t like rowing but they teach the proper techniques to make it easy and fun! 10/10 would recommend. They always have fun themed days! Good for all ages.
