Regrettably, my family and I will not be returning to this establishment. Our experience was significantly impacted by an individual's unprofessional demeanor. I recommend exploring alternative options.
I can’t say enough good things about Row House Ken Caryl. The workouts are incredible—challenging, energizing, and truly effective—but what makes this place so special is the people. The coaches are motivating and genuinely invested in your progress, the owners have created such a welcoming and supportive environment, and the sense of community is something you feel the moment you walk in. What a difference a new owner makes!! I came back after being invited by the new owner to give Row House Ken Caryl another chance and I am ecstatic that the new atmosphere is so welcoming and community oriented!! Ross is an amazing coach and gives modifications for the exercises during Strength class. Dorothy is an amazing and approachable owner who welcomes each member by name! I do wish they are a little closer to my home because it's over 30 miles from Lowry, but if a friend wants to go to a class, I will join them!

My first trip of the season was with several coworkers—most of them in their twenties—which made me a little apprehensive. But after a few runs at the storied Mary Jane, it hit me: all those hours at Row House had paid off. I kept up with the group all day, skii... read more
