Jeremy is awesome. You actually feel the workout. It is a love-hate relationship with his class. If an exercise is hard for you, he offers alternatives.
They are awesome and so helpful and fun. Just rowed with Jeremy, full row, love him! He funny, reminds you of positions and posture. He fun to be around! Love working out here!
