Honestly one of the best low impact fully body workouts. They've increased the number and types of classes and have nice showers - you'll need one after class!
genuinely friendly coaches & front desk staff! good mix of classes each day depending how much rowing you want to do. plus, a great outdoor patio space to kill time before/after class!
Good 45 minute workout that targets most of the major muscle groups and gets a good sweat in.
Really great workout and very experienced instructors who are good for beginners. They show proper form!
Take Bethany's class she's the best!
Great workout but don't take any showers here - the towels they have do not look clean and the stalls are tiny with almost no space to put the clothes you need to change into.
Love rowing. Locker room is small, only 2 showers, the self locks are outside, byolock for the ones in the locker room.
Excellent classes, great staff. You will feel it in your legs and abs the next day.
Took a class with Scott. He was great! Beautiful sleek studio.
