His coaching style is motivating, supportive, and challenging all at the same time, helping everyone push a little further. You get a great workout here. The instructors are really great at motivating you.
Until someone figures out how to get in shape while sleeping, these are the best fitness classes you'll find. The classes offer a great blend of cardio, strength and a dash of stretch - all led by the best coaches. Row House Highland Ranch is a friendly, encouraging club with a great sense of community.
I am really so happy to have Coach Steve back at the Row House. I always look forward to his class and will get that feeling of accomplishment when it’s complete. He makes class really fun while challenging at the same time. His passion for rowing comes out every class you take with him and the class feeds off of it. It’s a must row class for everyone at Row House Highlands Ranch.
