Amazing food and atmosphere. Not just the first time but each time. Food is fresh, delish, hot and staff is super knowledgable and friendly.
Had heard so many good things about Row 34 but we were quite disappointed - very limited over priced menu. With so many other wonderful dining choices in Portsmouth, with great menus and fantastic views, we won't be back � Starting the dining experience off with luke warm $3 coffee is never good!

Gotta say.. Service was not good. Subpar at best. Staff needs better training for when difficult situations occur rather then avoiding the table...that said, my food and my husbands food was delicious but my dads food came out burnt. Had to send it back after a 45 min wait for our food to begin with...Pretty disappointing. However, before we left to pay our bill the manager came over and comped all of our entrees which was above and beyond of him.
