I bring my dog to Rover the Rhine for daycare. They provide a stimulating environment, send daily photos and often walk the dogs to Washington Park for some extra exercise! Love bringing my dog here.
We were at the hospital side. Our service dog had a cancerous tumor that needed to be removed. The staff was great. We couldn't have asked for a more courteous, knowledgeable, and caring staff. They were very patient with us in answering our, what must have felt like a billion, questions. They were willing to work with us financially although we were able to pay. What a great group of people!
I took my Cavapoochon in today for an open sore/wound that he's had for a week that just wouldn't heal. Dr Catalan and the Vet Tech (can't remember her name, ugh!) were amazing from the beginning to end! They were super friendly, answered all my questions, kept little Henry comfortable (even offering him some PB!), and were able to help get Henry some antibiotics to treat his diagnosed hot spot. We had a wonderful experience when we took our puppy in for a checkup! The staff and doctors were extremely caring and the facility is brand new! I cannot praise them enough for the care they provided and how excited we are about this convenient location!!!
What an amazing and caring group of people. This is a much needed and welcome addition to the area. If you're looking for a place to take your dog that will be his or her home away from home, this is the place. I know my baby is well cared for at Rover the Rhine. Thanks y'all!
