First took my camper trailer for winterization in 2023. Job was done correctly. In early 2024 once again had Rover RV winterize my camper specifically telling them to do the same as the previous year. Had the camper in storage most of 2024 due to health issue and when I finally had the opportunity to take it out again to camp with family at Thanksgiving when we got setup done and connected the water to flush antifreeze out there should have been the “pink stuff” running out of the faucet and this was not the case. So we left our Fifth wheel for manufacturer warranty work- was told it would be done in 6 days, ended out to be 7 weeks with Rover RV repair in Midlothian TX — they were supposed to have done air conditioner cleaning, on both - repair three of the four slides, stop a leak from both sides of the bedroom seals , a variety of other small things and replace all the seals.
