Super friendly over the phone and very understandable with our situation for a request of a third party inspection due to manufacturing being sloppy in their work. We greatly appreciate them willing to review our unit in the entirety to make sure we have a safe unit!! Cannot wait to have them look over the unit!!
I have had my rig stored here for more than a year, had about three major repairs done, and only one of those where done well the first time. Most recently, Hail damaged skylights were replaced by Rover. When I get a chance to inspect the work on premise, the interior trim is hanging down on one of them in the living area. I’d like to see him develop some pride of workmanship. Why do I keep coming back? They have a good people for customer service, but their shop is very inconsistent from my experience.
Rover is my go to for Service needs. We have new to us as of August 2023 - 2012 Newmar Dutch Star. Rover has done the full service (2) in the Cleburne facility as well as a few on site calls for things such as a leveler issue, electrical circuit and syncing the HVAC units. Communication is spot on from the initial call to quote updates on parts if needed through subsequent scheduling. Thanks to Sherralyn our service advisor and the Rover Team
