We can not say enough good things about Rover Resort. We have been taking our dogs there for over 5 years for doggie day care and boarding. The service and facilities are outstanding. The staff is so friendly and it's obvious how much they all love animals. Cathy, the owner goes above and beyond to give the highest quality care and customer service. Now I know why Rover Resort receives such high ratings! Welcoming, friendly, and caring! They went above and beyond to make not only our dogs comfortable away from home but their humans comfortable leaving. Thank you so much!!! We will be back!
We have been using Rover Resort for 9 years now. If they don't have rooms available we will cancel our trip. It's that simple. They are the only place we trust with our 4 fur babies. Kathy and Stephanie and the rest of the crew are amazing! I would give them 10 stars or more on a scale of 5!!
We've had 1 stay at River Resort for my 11 and 8 month old English bulldogs. They came home exhausted!! I know they had a great time! I was very impressed with the facility, the cleanliness, the outside yards, secure fences/gates and the rooms have an outside terrace attached. It's top notch! We'll be back most definitely!
Our dogs get so excited when they realize we are close to the Rover Resort. In my mind that's all the endorsement I need. On top of knowing they enjoy their time there; I am so relaxed on vacation knowing our two pups are in good hands. When we get home our dogs have to sleep for about a day from all the fun they've had. Thank you for taking such good care of Gertie and Lewis!
Thank you for taking such good care of BoBo and Boomer. They had a great vacation at Rover Resort. Also, a special thanks for being so patient with us during our first time boarding them. You made sure we felt comfortable enough to relax and not have to worry about them. See y'all again soon!
