The furniture was good, but the service was awful. 3 sales people just sitting around on a couch. No one greeted us as we walked past them. When we asked a question it felt like we were bothering all of them. Seriously do your job and the one in charge of memberships was of no help at all, why is she even there???The only helpful sales person was Savannah. She is the only reason we bought something.

I attended the Rove Concepts Warehouse sale expecting to find the best deals on their furniture. They promoted a special offer there where you could buy brand new in box items for a bigger discount than even the active member pricing. My wife and I decided to take advantage of this perceived opportunity. They offered a further discount if I paid with debit rather than credit. All in, I bought a bed frame for a touch over $1750.
