We’ve had a great experience with Rove Concepts so far. The Concierge Team was very helpful, especially Marabelle, and both Samara and Savanna at the La Jolla showroom store were incredibly helpful in consulting us on our furniture choices and assisting with the order. We’re scheduled to receive our pieces this week so I’ll post again on the actual product but the experience so far I would highly recommend.

The woman who first started helping me and my wife was helpful for about 10 minutes. She then said she had to excuse herself. I assumed she had something important to do and would come back when she was done. My wife and I kept looking around trying to decide on a bed frame and table we wanted. She never came back. Every time I went to look for her she was sitting at her desk staring at her cell phone. We ended up going across the street to nativa interiors and the sales woman stayed with is for almost an hour and never left... read more

Savannah did an excellent job of showing me pieces on the showroom floor that I had picked out online and we discussed where they might fit in my home. She's doing a 3D mock up for 5 rooms in my house. Looking forward to seeing that.
