As a business owner I believe in service service service but I got really crappy service in a real nice store. But the owner needs to know like I do. Kat A. as per my receipt was rude. I picked up 3 items reversible bowl cozy were on the Easter table 50% off and 2 other items. Alway stop by this place when in New Orleans. Prices are good and the people super sweet.
After returning from New Orleans, I discovered an $11.00 overcharge for a glass I purchased. After calling the store and asking how to send pictures of the glass, label and receipt to receive a credit, it was denied. The manager of the store said they would need to see my credit card and photos were not acceptable. BAD BUSINESS.
I came by this shop because a street performer was playing some fantastic guitar music across the street. But the owner is a grumpy old man who intentionally blasts music on his speakers to try to drown out the music from outside. Regardless of what others might be enjoying outside, people can still easily and happily shop within your store -- except for the fact that it's just a bunch of cheap crap being marked up and hocked to tourists.
