Spent an hour with them on Zoom. The meeting went well, and they promised to come up with some ideas. Received an email 7 days after stating that they realized that they are not the best match for our needs. No explanations were given as to why it took them 7 days to realize something which should be obvious right after the meeting. No apologies were provided in their email. In my book, this is unprofessional.
Ms. Roux is one of the most incredible designers I know!
