12/13 years ago we purchased on living room furniture from Routzahn's & were very satisfied. We decided to try the 'new" Routzahn's. We purchased a couch, area rug, and 2 swirl, rocker recliners. The couch & rug were in stock & delivered right away. The chairs were .ordered, to be delivered later. . We had the couch about a week when I noticed 2 tears at the bottom that had gone unnoticed.
