Had Lucas out for an emergency, his work was first class and he was polite, respectful and on time. Price was very reasonable at the end of the job. Thanks Rob and team!
Got job done and I now have hot water, thanks. They answered phone at weekend and booked job for the Monday giving cost estimate $250 and I would be required to pay immediately after work completed over the phone. Trades rang when they arrived and were nice guys who completed job with no fuss and speedily. Could comms and couldnt fault. Only issue hence 4 stars ... was the $275 cost as cost estimate was ex gst. We were driving on the free way and he kept swerving across in front of us. It was shocking driving and almost caused a crash.
Tom O'Shaughnessy came to fix my hot water and I really can't leave a better review. Tom is an absolute gentleman, so polite and boy is he thorough! Everything is going smoothly now but Tom hung around to make sure everything was still running smooth. It was genuinely a pleasure to have him around and RPG should be really proud of their business! 10 out of 10 (or 5 stars lol)
Couldn't ask for better. Clean, quality work. Plumbers explain everything you need to know and do a spot-on job. Had both Tom and Lucas out at our place; can't fault there work. Highly recommend.
