I messaged at 8pm on a Friday evening (not expecting to hear back until Monday), and not only did they respond… they scheduled to take a look at the unit, the next morning. Keep in mind it’s the middle of summer and I have no doubt they are incredibly busy. This was above and beyond any expectations!
Seems like they just want to sell you a new 10K unit because it can’t be fixed. Yet someone else can come in and fix it for $250. Always best to get a second opinion!
