Routhiers is amazing! They get our vehicles in on a last minute pinch no matter what. We have brought them many issues from trying to replace our own brakes and well..... Calling for an emergency we can't do this, to having our vehicle torn to pieces by 802 Toyota and leaving us with a 3500 bill to pass inspection!!!! Routhiers CAME through and fixxed everything that 802 wanted for less! I was a customer of Routhiers for 7 years. Despite his mechanics shitty work i kept going back because I valued the relationship. Today I felt physically intimidated and threatened when I brought up a problem with their work. By the owner. Fuck this place.
Went to Routhiers for years. They always got me in quick, and were generally inexpensive. Their mechanics caused $3,500 in body damage to my car, did not tell me or take photos before moving it and "repairing" the fender to a at least drivable state and claiming my wheel feel off on their parking lot. You get what you pay for.

According to my records, the last time you were at Routhier's on 5/8/13, your 1997 Jeep G Cherokee was towed into our shop due to your L brake line rusting out. It also shows your vehicle towed in the time before that on 1/19/13 for a R brake line. I am not sure what vehicle you are referring to when you say we caused body damage to and repaired the fender as this vehicle and a 2011 Toyota Tacoma (here for an inspection) are the only 2 vehicles under your accoun... read more
This is for the people who don't know what Routhiers is about so read on Unlike most places we at Routhiers check every car we sell over before it goes out on the lot the car must be inspectable by state law we do not hide problems we fix them. I have worked for don Routhier for 12 years I have never seen him put his hands on any one in this time he has always treated customers with respect even when I my self would have told them to hit the road.
