I wish that I could give a "0" rating. This is without a doubt the worse rental car company that I have ever dealt with. They are rude and dishonest. I was incorrectly charged a service fee. When I called to get the fee reversed I received the run around from the staff. At one point one of there representatives transfer me to a manager. After I was placed on hold for 5 minutes the same representative picked up the phone and pretended to be a manager. When I pointed out to him that I was aware that he was the same person.
