Bait and switch!!!!!! My husband travelled all the way to the airport to collect a truck and they told him he doesn't have access to the "commercial pricing". TOTAL SCAM!!!!
Never never never ever visit this company. It is complete fraud a month before they charged me with extra kilometres which I never went. Luckily, after a long dispute, it got resolved, but it took a very long time and energy with back and forth mails. Today they charged me $29.52, I don’t know why I have requested them delete my information from their company database. The management is completely mess and they don’t know what they are doin. Too many hidden fees
Very frustrating experience with Routes Car Rental. The service was far below expectations. Staff were unhelpful, communication was poor, and the overall process felt disorganized. Instead of making things easy, it added unnecessary stress to my trip. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a rental company. I wouldn’t choose them again. I wish I could give them 0 star.
