*this message is directed to the Routes customer care management team* If I could give 0/10 I would. I was wrongly overcharged by Routes for a trip back in September. After months of trying to get the overcharges reversed, including creating a claim with Better Business Bureau, I finally heard back from a "manager" named Damian who I thought was going to help get to the bottom of this (or so I thought). I booked a car online, and there was no mention of the required license type. I had everything ready for the trip, but they canceled my reservation last minute. To make matters worse, the staff member I dealt with was extremely rude.

Terrible rental company, total scam, I booked the car rental for July, which is more than 3 months out, I had to cancel within a couple of hours of my reservation. The full amount is charged and no one in customer service will give me information on whether I get refund or at least a credit! There is no place on their website says what their refund policy is. $300+ gone like that! Never booking with them ever again! until today, no one got back to me!
