We read reviews, but hoped our experience would be different. It was not. We ended up paying the same price as we would have for Dollar or another reputable car rental company, but also wasted an hour and a half with the agent before giving in and paying for ridiculous extra insurance (we have two personal policies and we purchased one from Expedia). Next time, we will save ourselves the frustration and hassle and will rent with another company.
These guys are scammers they tried to say we smoked and charge us 100 bucks for smoking when we’ve never smoked a day in our lives. We got in the car and it smelled like weed. The back of the car was dented in from an accident (super unprofessional)
It’s my fault for not reading the reviews of this place first. Saw a rental car for $15, should’ve known it was too good to be true. Upon arrival there was no one to talk to but had to check in on a virtual screen. They made me purchase additional insurance on top of what I already had and other hidden fees. ⚠️scam alert! These people will charge extremely low and then try and charge you on fees upon return. Tried to give us a smoking charge, even though none of us have ever smoked before. Take your money elsewhere. They barely speak English too.
By Far the worst experience. Not a single person is willing to assist or answer basic question upon car return. No costumer service rep in person. Someone assists you in a booth over a computer (non English speakers or any senses of what is a car rental in the US) We rented a car for a day Car was not clean upon receiving it No interior carpets Funky smell NO signs of NO Smoking (we are a non smoking family and we were charged &450.00 for cleaning fee for smoking) Insurance was paid for Collision Damage when we get there we ... read more
