Estafadores no recomiendo renten con esta empresa , al llegar para rentar el carro hice todo el proceso con un agente por video llamada y me dio indicaciones que le diera a la alarma hasta que el carro sonara para poder ubicarlo, no me dieron una inspecci�n previa del veh�culo que me estaban entregando , al encontrar el mismo me percate de que el vehiculo tenia un peque�o rayon el cual se me olvid� tomarle video y foto en el momento y el cual deje pasar porque ya le hab�a contratado un seguro previamente. We read reviews, but hoped our experience would be different. It was not. We ended up paying the same price as we would have for Dollar or another reputable car rental company, but also wasted an hour and a half with the agent before giving in and paying for ridiculous extra insurance (we have two personal policies and we purchased one from Expedia). Next time, we will save ourselves the frustration and hassle and will rent with another company.
These guys are scammers they tried to say we smoked and charge us 100 bucks for smoking when we’ve never smoked a day in our lives. We got in the car and it smelled like weed. The back of the car was dented in from an accident (super unprofessional)
It’s my fault for not reading the reviews of this place first. Saw a rental car for $15, should’ve known it was too good to be true. Upon arrival there was no one to talk to but had to check in on a virtual screen. They made me purchase additional insurance on top of what I already had and other hidden fees. Upon returning the car they tried to charge me $100 smoking fee. Me and my friends never smoke. Don’t ever rent from this place. The workers don’t speak English and it is a complete scam. ⚠️scam alert! These people will charge extremely low and then try and charge you on fees upon return. Tried to give us a smoking charge, even though none of us have ever smoked before. Take your money elsewhere. They barely speak English too.
