Overall great experience with this company! Highly recommend!!! Full disclosure, it tool a bit of phone-tag and following up to get a quote and booked, but it was worth it! These guys were the only one out of 3 companies that were even willing to take a job for our bathroom since it is small and the only one in the house. Had the misfortune of dealing with Roy. Called to explain situation with a second floor leak and looking to expedite new floors in a small area. Roy set a time to come later in the week, spent 5 minutes here. Explained time crunch and said he would have a quote that night. No quote came, next day no quote. Called Sat, was told it would be emailed over shortly. No quote came, called Tuesday, was told he didn't do the quote since they couldn't take the job for months. Route 85 came out again to my house to install a custom backsplash in my new bathroom. They work efficiently and take the time to prep and correct anything needed ahead of time to ensure a quality installation. I am so grateful for Ryan and his team for always helping us with bathroom, kitchen, flooring and any random needs we have! They are true experts. Extremely trustworthy and fair pricing. I will always recommend them.
