My father got a storage unit with them about 8 years ago. He never had any issues while he had the unit there but after such a long time span his Parkinson's got pretty bad and my dad couldn't even remember what was being stored. As I am helping my parents with their finances we decided we couldn't afford to keep the unit anymore.
