Not happy!! Renters beware. Was told there was a lock on family members storage unit. LIED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO ELSEWHERE
Overpriced, leaky, pest filled units. No climate control and no protection really offered to protect your items. I had a medium sized unit for over a year and when I went to clean my unit out, only to find water damage (from roof) towards the front of my unit that let water inside my unit, which caused all my furniture being stored in there to get ruined. Everything that wasn't secured in a tote had mold growing on it. There were mouse droppings all throughout too. I had to trash a dresser, headboard, buffet, and the bottom ... read more
