I’m giving this shop 2 stars only because the wheel alignment itself seems to have turned out okay. The truck drives better after the alignment, so I will give them credit for that. The major problem I had was the way they tried to upsell me shocks. I brought my truck in because the alignment was clearly off. The toe was off, and the tire wear pattern showed that. Far from a pleasant experience. I called in friday to make an appt for Saturday morning being that I needed two tires changed before a long road trip. Came in and was told it would be a few hours, had to explain I made an appointment and was thank fully pushed though the next person in line. However this is where things fall behind, mind you it was only two rear tires which took over an hour to change. Now I get if it was super busy and they were short handed but they were literally just chillen and talking half the time.
