Not bad but the lack of online payment and recurring payments is definitely a bummer. You have to call and pay. And you can't pay if no one answers. Having to take breaks during the workday to try and pay is lame. And because no one answered any of my calls, I'm now on the line for more money because I couldn't pay when it's convenient for me. This is something that needs to be addressed. It's 2025, why can't I pay online?
