RecommendedReally great pizza and I love the staff.
Two hours for a large pizza. One pizza. Called to check the status and was told the driver had just left with 8 pizzas. So we have to wait for 7 other pizzas to be done before they leave with ours? It’s just not that hard.
Worst customer service I have ever delt with. We ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks, was told 45 minutes for pick up. Showed up to pick up order and breadsticks were not made. Waited for breadsticks to be made and they were thrown together and only got 1/2 order when originally ordered a full order. I called to speak with Manager after getting pizza opened to also find it cold and thrown together. I sat on hold for 30 minutes to get hung up on and told manager was to busy to speak with me. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ROUTE 66 AGAIN.
First time here. we ordered carryout, was charged for soda we didn't receive (I ordered, husband picked up so he didn't realize) The first bite of my pizza had an olive pit in it. The food besides that was good. just a disappointing first impression.
The taste..the love that they put into every single pizza.

I think Route 66 was having a melt down tonight. People were waiting over 30 minutes, and one family had been there 60 minutes and no food. Not good 66..
