Hello, I felt it necessary to give credit where it is due! Sales associate “Paul” was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and I felt no pressure to make a purchase on my first visit. I will definitely be returning to his location when I make my final purchase.
Gotta say - I was delightfully surprised when I visited last month looking for the right bike for me. The place was welcoming without being too overbearing. Worked with Paul to get me the exact right one. He asked A LOT of questions but was exactly what I needed. Consummate professional and knows what he's talking about. If he's available - ask for him - he'll get you set right away.
