Horrible experience!!! I used to go here a lot because I thought they did a pretty good job. However, today was my last time for the following reasons: I drove in and asked for a regular basic wash (price posted $15). I go in to pay and the owner charges an extra $5 to my credit card for a deluxe wash b/c he said that I had bugs on my front bumper. He never said a word to me when I pulled in about the extra cost!
