I usually try to be first in line since I know this place can get busy. I come here to get my oil changed and the service is always quick (as opposed to the 2 hour wait at the dealership). The staff is friendly and take their jobs seriously. They offer a free car wash with an oil change, and the one day I didn't have time for the wash, they gave me a rain check so I could come back any day and get a car wash free of charge.
