RecommendedThe owner and staff are absolutely the best I have ever encountered. They are friendly, conserved about our issues, experienced, and very caring. If anyone needs their vehicle repaired, I highly recommend going to see Route 66. I've had two excellent experiences with these folks and will always go back when I have a need for repair.
you need to stand behind the quality of the work of your technician and properly fix the damage caused and not just put a band aid on it and send it out the door I took my classic mustang to your shop to have new wing window assembles installed your technician dented the door and front fender and chipped the paint in numerous places . your fix was to use hand brushed touch up paint to fix damages can still see damaged areas especially dent on fender and door put a band aid on it and gave me a bill and sent it out the door.
Recommend 100%! Everyone there is so friendly and the work they did to my car was amazing. Didn't charge an arm and a leg like most places do. Will definitely be going back them next time!
Amazing! Someone hit our 2016 (in near perfect condition) van and they made it look just like it did when we drove it off the lot! They were very nice and understanding and the best automotive service we have ever received! Very highly recommended!
Charlie and crew did a fantastic job on a goofy problem with my 08 Ford F-250. A problem they had never seen or worked on before. They were fair, honest, and timely. Two other shops in town offered little to no help short a full replacement to the tune of $7-8k. Route 66 came in right at the estimated cost. Love this place and they will get all my business moving forward.
I recently had to have a repair job done on my car. The crew at route 66 did an amazing job and was even able to do the repairs for less than I planned on paying. This is the 3rd. Time we have used Route 66 for vehicle body repairs. I will not even think about going to another body repair shop. They do excellent work are fair, honest and very friendly. They go Above and beyond customer service, Outstanding Customer Service!
I have heard some amazing stories about the work and customer service this place has! And so far I couldn't agree more! They seem to genuinely care about their customers!
