Everything was fine at first when I received my car, very nice when I first bought it. Unfortunately, when it came to my license plates, they gave them to someone else who was not me. They insisted they called and texted me when the plates were in but they never did so. Then they tried to play it off that they gave them to me or a friend of mine. They never did. bought a car they insisted was a good car not even 2 days late it leaves me stranded. been trying to get in contact and they are rejecting calls and not answering messages
Bought Kia Serento from them. Two days later the vehicle was smoking on 88. Later found out the radiator hose was rigged into place. Then Route 66 wanted me to drive it back so they didn’t have to pay towing cost from Aurora. Money back, Never again. No I did not drive it back.
