Frank & Dillon are awewome, I had a big move to do by myself, Frank went over all my options with me, help me to pick proper straps for the truck, and did his best to save me a few dollars. Dillon was super helpful, professional and helped with mileage and understanding the rates, over all I couldnt be more happy with the service, the professionalism and the time they took to help me out during a rough time. Ill definitely be coming back....THANK YOU SO MUCH, you guys are awesome!
My first visit to Route 66 auto repair. The dealership that has been servicing my car was unable to diagnose the issue after two expensive visits. Spoke with Frank and Dillan and they not only diagnosed the problem in under 2 hours they also made the repairs same visit and I was able to pick up my car the same day! Great work, fair price and great customer service.
Took my motorhome in to get the AC checked,was told $150 to diagnose and that labor is $150 an hour,was also told that the $150 for diagnostic goes toward the labor cost. Frank calls and tells me at 11:09 am that it's for sure a vacuum line and that depending on how long it takes it could be anywhere from $200 to $800 and that he can start checking it out and give me an idea along the way what it might cost. There must be a background before I tell you my opinion. 1965 Mustang, that was my father‘s in the 60s. I inherited it, my three sons drove it as their high school car and my grandson will now drive it. This car Is very special in our family. It has never been to a shop under my ownership, until now..
