Beware... always get more than one estimate. Overpriced ...charged 129 dollars to diagnose 500 dollars more cost for same service my regular mechanic charged !
I’ve taken several cars here in the past and they can be pricey but they’ve generally delivered on the repairs. This last experience was something else and unfortunately my car is still not fixed. Took it in to have it looked over for oil leaks under the engine and transmission. Initial charge to replace the engine oil pan gasket and transmission oil pan gasket was $1,700! I decided to focus on just the transmission since the car was already there. They charged me $600.00 to install a $20.00 gasket and trans oil filter. Went... read more
Frank & Dillon are awewome, I had a big move to do by myself, Frank went over all my options with me, help me to pick proper straps for the truck, and did his best to save me a few dollars. Dillon was super helpful, professional and helped with mileage and understanding the rates, over all I couldnt be more happy with the service, the professionalism and the time they took to help me out during a rough time. Ill definitely be coming back....THANK YOU SO MUCH, you guys are awesome!
My first visit to Route 66 auto repair. The dealership that has been servicing my car was unable to diagnose the issue after two expensive visits. Spoke with Frank and Dillan and they not only diagnosed the problem in under 2 hours they also made the repairs same visit and I was able to pick up my car the same day! Great work, fair price and great customer service.
