Went in to get my glass mirror replaced put $50.00 down to start the part to be purchased. When the mirror came in it was not the right one. I was told if I could purchase the part and bring it in they would replace it for the $50.00 I put down. I ordered the part from the dealer and when I went back to Rt 66 repair only to have them tell me if they install it and it breaks they're not responsible. They should of told me that right away. I shopped around for a new windshield for a highlander. I was referred to Route 66 after checking numerous places. I could have had the windshield replaced cheaper at some places but they didnt do calibration. Some of these places said it wasn't "always" required. After all was said and done I went with Route 66.
