We first went there to have the car evaluated. We were told the work couldn't be done on a Saturday. That was fine. We called to reschedule and told the girl that the car had already been seen and why we needed this appointment. When I went to my scheduled appointment after being there for 2 hours they told me they had to order the part. I was a little upset because the car had already been evaluated on a Saturday so they knew why we made the appointment. Why was it that the part wasn't there for my car? I sat for 2 hours!
