I had a vibration/clatter on the right side of my engine. They told me it was because oil was low. So I asked how come oil light didn’t come on ? They said it wasn’t low enough. When I look at technicians report it said oil was extremely low. I’m sure probably will be back in within a week. I just don’t like someone peeing on my leg and telling me it’s raining
The service was excellent. Molly was very informative and explained services that may need repair as they came up during a routine oil change. She walked through the services I requested and additional services. Very informative and very courteous. Thank you.
Had an oil change good place good people the waiting area is nice as well.
