Lazy, know-nothing, fake mechanics refused to work on car because they claimed “there are fuses ripped out, wires hanging everywhere from many after-market gadgets”. Completely false! There was only one after-market device: simple little LED headlight halo rings. In preparation for this service, I disconnected them and neatly tucked away the two wires. I had no problems with the purchase of my Jeep. My biggest issues are with the return of the car I traded in. The dealership told me that they would take care of everything returning the car to the Acura dealership which is about 2 miles from the Jeep dealership. My car never made it to Acura and sat on the Jeep dealership lot for months. I only noticed it when Acura called me waiting for payments made after I had traded in my car. We have been scammed by a recent employee of yours apparently your establishment know his background well and you still do business with him ?????????? He returned our leased vehicle to you 2 weeks ago and we haven't received any docs saying so from him. Only doc I have received was from RJ Salas after investigating the matter myself. When 1st speaking to RJ he stated he did find it a bit weird that TJ was returning our vehicle and he did know of his criminal history. First of all I wish giving zero stars was an option. Second of all I don't know who is paying all these people to write positive reviews because this place is the WORST! I unfortunately made the mistake of leasing a brand new jeep from here. It was supposed to have every feature imaginable and for the price I'm paying it darn well should have but it doesn't. I could not be happier with my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Frank Carbon and James were more than helpful. They gave me a great deal. Worked with me to get it to a payment level I desired on a fully loaded vehicle. If you are looking for a Jeep you need to see these guys.
Quite possibly the worst experience we have ever had...We spoke to "Alex" on the phone who said he would work with us when we arrive at the dealership with regard to a used car in the lot. We get to the showroom, there is no Alex. I was told by Dean Puleo (the salesman assigned to us) that "Alex just gets you here". Unless you like bait and switch, and contract changes after you already signed something.... AND if you like speaking to an owner (FRANK ESPOSITO) and him treating you with sarcastic comments like, "well maybe Santa Claus agreed to it if it wasn't your husband" you do not want to go here.
