I can’t say enough good things about Route 44 Toyota. We had a relatively rare car that we were interested in and not only did our associate Kyle reach out to us the same week, and make the purchase process nice and simple, I got to work with him in store right on time, take the car for a drive, and got help to make sure my wife and kids were comfortable during the week for the financing process. I will always be looking for these guys in the future, should we get a Toyota for our next car!
Brought my vehicle here for the first time to get an oil change. They sent me a video stating what needed to be changed and why. Then before they start the service they told me I might need a tire rotation. I told them I really wasn't interested in the tire rotation because they did my daughter's and since then her sensor has been activated. As a local business and long-time customer of Toyota Route 44, I’m extremely disappointed with how my most recent experience was handled. To the point that I will no longer be doing business here again. We initially brought in one of our fleet vehicles in June of last year due to an issue with the steering wheel locking up during tight maneuvers like parallel parking or three point turns. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! As a young female who went in all by herself, I am extremely disgusted and dissatisfied with this dealership. The salesman who “helped” me was Carlos. I had communicated to Carlos that I was moving out of State and needed the car asap. He informed me it would be 3-5 days until I could drive it off the lot. 5 days pass and I hear nothing, so I call Carlos and he tells me they never had the title of the car and had to order a new one. What was supposed to take 5 days maximum turned into 2 weeks.... read more
