The level of incompetence from this service department is at an all time high. If you are shopping for Toyota dealers, avoid this one at all costs. Brought my vehicle in for a TPMS issue and paint recall. I paid $500 dollars to resolve a TPMS issue and got my vehicle back w/ TPMS light is still on after they said it was resolved. I do not recommend this Toyota center for Car service. Possibly the worst and clearly lying service team. I don't know if the advisor was clueless or was just making it up to exaggerate and scare me to get expensive components which I did not need. I went to Pepboyz later and they said you still got 1-2 months of life on component that the advisor said need it right away. Started the process using SmartPath, ended up finding the exact model color and options I was looking for and it took me up Route 44. When I got there the process was a breeze, worked with Roger Allen and Jim in finance, both great to work with. They didn’t really need to “sell” me anything, I knew what I wanted. Great dealership to work with.
I have been a 10 year customer of Toyota Rte 44. I bought my 2nd RAV4 about a month ago. I’ve received great customer service from all aspects of the dealership. Alex was an excellent sales person, always going above and beyond to help me get what I needed.
