Manager and sales here are friendly originally. They handed off a vehicle that wouldn’t pass inspection and left it for me to eat the bill. Also when I came to the “free” oil change I was turned away from my scheduled appointment, luckily I had the oil and filter already to do my self. 1 year after purchase do NOT go Route 44
Went there to get my brakes fixed and was very pleased with the service, staff was very friendly and the service manage was great throughout the whole process, definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here to get serviced!
I recently entered a poor review for service we had over the last week. In return I was contacted by Route 44 Toyota and explained what they felt happend. I appreciated the phone call and the explaination. I felt this deserved an update and changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. Going the extra mile to rectify the situation, in my opinion, deserves this. If I can remove the review I will certainly do so. And Yes, we will continue to ue Route 44 for service of our vehicles.
I chose a 1 star cause I was not allowed any less number of stars. Long story short, I spoke with a manager (I wont put names here), who stated he would honor the tire deal I was given the previous week. when the appointment came (The next day), my daughter explained what I told her to say and they said no we will not honor it, and the manager who was requested stated he did not say that. Adam, Terrence, Derek, and John were with me every step of the way. They made me feel heard, respected, and taken care of. I find it can be intimidating to shop for cars as a single female but everyone at Rt.44 put me at ease. They made car buying a much more comfortable confident experience for me.
