Terrible experience renting here. There's a mice problem and the building smells awful. There's little to no privacy with how thin the walls are and how old the floors are. I would expect this from an $850 apartment, but not the $1,205 they charge. I've had three packages stolen from the lobby as well, and management didn't follow up with me after I told them. Avoid renting with Four Star, especially at this building.
Maintenance can never be done in a timely manner. They usually don’t salt when it snows so the parking lot is a death zone. There have been consistent mice infestations in the building. Usually smells like piss.
