I cannot recommend this facility. The gate is never closed, there is no on-site oversight. My parked vehicle was broken into at the same time multiple locked units were, and when I reported it via text and email, there was no response. When I emailed customer support asking for reasonable accommodation while we got the car moved, they did not respond. Good price!!
Went with my grandma. They were very nice to us and everything was extremely professional. Clean. They have four cats, and a comfortable bathroom. They have locks right by the desk which you can purchase for $10 on the spot. When we were there, they had a special going where we pay the first month and get two free. They'll give you a tag for your key and let you use their pens to write the number, or write anything you need to. I've been a customer at Rt. 37 Self Storage for many years. Though I am greatly saddened at the loss of Jeff, the original owner, I am very pleased with the service I have received from Alex and his staff. Each time I call to pay my bill, I've met with friendly and courteous personnel. When I needed help getting into my unit after losing my key, there was no problem getting the old lock off and a new one to replace it.
