I cannot recommend this facility. The gate is never closed, there is no on-site oversight. My parked vehicle was broken into at the same time multiple locked units were, and when I reported it via text and email, there was no response. When I emailed customer support asking for reasonable accommodation while we got the car moved, they did not respond. When I followed up again, we determined they weren't even receiving my emails, and then declined to issue even a partial refund for my last month, despite the fact that I had p... read more

Good price!!
Went with my grandma. They were very nice to us and everything was extremely professional. Clean. They have four cats, and a comfortable bathroom. They have locks right by the desk which you can purchase for $10 on the spot. When we were there, they had a special going where we pay the first month and get two free. They'll give you a tag for your key and let you use their pens to write the number, or write anything you need to.
