Dropped in while seeing my family. They welcomed me in and even judged me for the open. Very lovely staff and members. Will definitely be dropping in again.
What a Great CrossFit Gym!
I've gone to a Crossfit gym for about 18 months. On vacation in Florida, we decided to drop in at R3 Crossfit. We were glad we did. The workout was great, the coach was knowledgeable and everyone was friendly. We felt right at home!
