I went in today and got the Diamond Service. They did a good job. The mats and the rear of my SUV were vacuumed and cleaned well, windows and dashboard were all wiped down and the car was well dried so no water spots. Too bad it rained about 2 hours after it was finished!

Went for a Gold wash 15.98$ instead of a full service 10.95$. They didn't do anything additional despite of so many extra services written on their ad board. Asked the lady at the counter about what extra service do they provide for the Gold wash. She told "they will clean the rims that's it" and started putting on her makeup eye shadow. I recommend the "diamond" package.
Friday before holiday weekend and only two people working on vacuum/prep duty. One needs to check people in. Clearly not enough people working and the cars are backing up. The last time I observed this I spoke to the owner/manager who said they have enough people. Guess customer service isn't a priority. There used to be more workers and faster service. Not many carwash options in the area, so maybe they have become complacent. Rule #1 of customer service: if you don't take care of your customers, someone else will.
I wouldn't give them any stars but you can't write a review. TThis place is the worst. It is the third and final time we are coming here. They are disorganized and poorly run. People that arrived after us got finished 20 minutes before us. Save your time and money go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
The worst car wash paid full service and dashboard wasn't even wiped and when address it they told me I have to make the line again paid for triple wax was I didn't see the three color i will never coming back
